Many Americans were given a social security number by their parents when they were born or very young. I was. Growing up with it seems so much a part of us it's hard for many to conceptualize what it would be like not having one.

What is a social security number? Where did it come from? Why is it so important? I've found that a decent place to get a handle on it can be found here.

(This article examines the historical origins and legislative development of the U.S. Social Security program. Focusing on the contributory social insurance program introduced in title  II of the Social Security Act of 1935, the article traces the major amendments to the original program and provides an up-to-date description of the major provisions of the system. The article concludes with a brief overview of the debate over the future of the program, and it provides a summary assessment of the impact and importance of Social Security as a central pillar of the U.S. social welfare system.)

We find that there was no federal social security before 1935. Some states did have programs and personally I see no problem with that. It should be a state issue to have a social security plan or not. Nothing in the Constitution authorizes the Federal government to set one up. An interesting article and story that reinforces that fact can be found here.

"Not Yours To Give"

So now that it is wide ranging and is used as an identifier for so many functions in daily life have you ever given it a thought of what it would be like to not have a social security number? Here is a list that I have come up with that I am sure is not all inclusive. Maybe you could think of others. If so please feel free to leave a comment.

What a person can't do without a social security number

1. Can't vote

2. Can't sit on jury duty

3. Can't legally own a firearm

4. Can't legally operate a motor vehicle

5. Can't get insurance

6. Can't get license tags

7. Can't rent a car

8. Can't get a passport

9. Can't fly

10. Can't get on a bus or train

11. Can't get a bank account

12. Can't get a loan

13.Can't cash checks

14. Can't get a P.O. box

15. Can't get some medical

16. Can't give blood

17. Can't join the military

18. Can't get legally married

19. Can't adopt

 20. Can't establish a corporation

 21. Can't receive an inheritance

22. Can't open a retirement account

Perhaps by being creative a person can get around some of this list but why should they have to? As you will see from the following quote, supposedly the number wasn't actually given to help Americans, and it is a method now used to herd people. Keep in mind, the article says source unknown. If you were the one making this public though, would you want your name attached?

[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living.

Whether you agree with the conclusion or not here are some words from a very wise man, King Soloman. Try reading this as one thought instead of each verse being separate.

Proverbs 231 When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:

2 And put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite.

3 Be not desirous of his dainties: for they are deceitful meat.

4 Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.

5 Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.

6 Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats:

7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

8 The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet words.

And another quote from Jesus himself.

Matthew 16:

11 How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees?

12 Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

In Mark Herod (the government) is included also in this.

Mark 8:

15 And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod.

So what to do? I know many are now dependent on a social security number. It's a tough question of what to do if you see where this has taken us. At the very least we can educate those that are younger than us. Maybe they will find a way to bring us back to real freedom. Just my thoughts.

Revelation 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

I don't grasp all of the bible references but I overall get the point. I think the social security number is a mark of a beast of government. I can't navigate through life without one without tremendous hardship. I couldn't afford to live without the social security that I earned and that the govern...

In the Greek the 'mark' is defined as an etching so I don't think the number is the actual mark. It is a pre-cursor though.
I appreciate your honesty Walter. Yes, it is hard to navigate through life without using one. Have you thought of what you will do when the economy collapses and the only place ...

It's a fine mess we inherited and we haven't done anything to make it better.

Well... as I said in the blog the least we can do is educate the younger generations. I vowed to myself that my progeny is not going to be able to say that I didn't at least warn them.

Great blog Mike! I know a lot of people who are very waware of it and who see the evil that has been done. I doubt many stop and think about the power it has over them. Will share.

You've been telling me about this, and I'd hardly wonder if this list is the complete one.
Their whole motive is to make life "impossible" w/o their permission, and they have virtually accomplished that goal.
Look at us... prisoners in the Land our forefather's conquered.
