Hawaii’s Obamacare exchange most costly in nation at $23,899 per person

Wow they could have dispensed a lot of free health care instead with all of that money! WTH!? I still think of the two I got into it with, that I told you about, over obamacare. I wonder if either of them signed up! Probably NOT!
