While this article focuses on our immediate surroundings I see how it can also apply to preparing for the future. Learning about the different scenarios that could cause major upheaval should be veiwed with the mindset of relaxed awareness. Then when certain trigger points occur, that we have predetermined are critical, is the time to go to the next stage of alert or action.
