Emoto's tests, especially on water crystals is always interesting but I don't know if I think these are scientific proof compared to the physics experiments that proved conclusively that in looking at results of labs performing the exact same experiments, not only were their expectations found persistently depending on the lab's preexisting belief in the theory being tested BUT also they found particles,  reacted completely differently just for the fact that they were being observed. If your expectations can provide the expected results and your merely observing makes things act differently, then it must be  really important to CAREFULLY chose what you observe in the first place!
