It looks like an old crib...there's a little lamb also on top of the headstone. I'd say this was an infant or young child buried there. The families use to put fences around their burial plots....

It could be an old hospital crib also.....It has to be pre- 1950's era.....my crib was wood. Nope...didn't give my age away.... I used a hand-me-down crib that has been in the family for a while! LOL!.....
Perhaps 1920's era? Or earlier?
