I'm not sure my body could take this at my age. I was raised in a plastic world. Would my body 'reject' wholesome foods??

Not if you change your diet slowly. I did it over a period of weeks and I healed myself from something the doctors gave up on. I should say, my body healed itself because it had the right fuel and components to do so. God helped.. he set up the rules, I just followed them.
