I'm still concluded that the Sheeple didn't re-elect him, nor did they do it the first time either. As long as computers are involved in the count process, and they can be programmed to error without being caught, accuracy/integrity of the process will not exist.

From the controllers perspective, occasionally a wolf gets through. However, the environment for that wolf is as such that they are effectively nullified and removed from the scene. No real damage is done, and the same with Ron Paul.
