Maybe you are too young to remember. At one time blacks had to use a separate water fountain than whites. I think this is showing that conservative blacks are treated as lesser beings by the liberals.

Oh Carl, no I'm not too young! And now I get it. I remember very well because we had a restaurant and bar and the blacks were trying to be served at every business on the road.
