so I started doing this this morning, I think I put too big of a blob of coconut oil in my mouth cause it took a while to liquify then I only lasted 3 min,started getting that gagging feeling, guess having a mouthful of oil will take some getting used to...hahaha...not giving up, I will try a smalle...
