This movie sounds worthy and the story it is based on is fascinating. Torture has been a topic of discussion here for a while now and this is another look from a different angle at a time gone by at torture, survival, forgiveness and redemption. I probably won't ever see this movie although it looks fantastic for those who have the ability to watch stressful and war related movies. My nerves just won't allow it.

Yes, this is an easily acknowledged case (multiple cases, actually) of torture and abuse.

I might not enjoy sitting through it but I would like to see this movie. I lost my father in WWII and I feel compelled to understand what his life was like before he got killed.
