The oil will go to market, whether by pipeline, train or truck. We have many pipelines crossing the Midwest because they are safer and thriftier."

I recognize there are problems with pipelines and we could fix them with better checks and protective requirements. We have over 2.5 million miles of them. That there is so much hype over this imho is fabricated. http://www.propublica.org...
