"Any act, law, treaty, order, rule or regulation of the government of the United States which violates the second amendment to the constitution of the United States is null, void and unenforceable in the state of Kansas"

Kansas just passed what might be the most sweeping bill in the country - to nullify unconstitutional federal gun control.  Sam Brownback is a major player in the mainstream - and this should be a message to legislators sitting on the fence in other states - 

Nullify.  NOW!.
