If you figure that one out let us know how you did it okay? lol

The darkness of delusion cannot survive the light of understanding. Attempting to suppress thoughts will cause them to intensify. Coming to understand the thinking process is the only way to come to peace with spinning thoughts. These teachings from Krishnamurti were his path to understanding or enlightenment as the Buddhist like to refer to the experience. The relief from the spinning mind is in direct proportion the effort we put into self study. Our first tendency is run away and hide from mental pain and this leaves it unresolved. The pain can be our teacher and will be defeated once we search out and find the source of the pain.

I can describe a meditation for you to use if you want to see what a still or thoughtless mind looks like, but I warn you it is extremely difficult and it requires a lot of effort. You will only be able to still your thoughts for short periods of time, but it trains you how to still your mind at will.
