My first thought was (and I'm not likening your pic to cadet status) was that I hope my granddaughter is one of those selected for a three year DNR police cadet program!! She has a really good chance because she's 18, certified SCUBA diver, hunter, climber, motocross racer, snowboarder, fisherman, boater.......she does it all and she's all girl. Only hiring 13 of 150 candidates!
I guess it was the uniform that made me think of Mags.

Maggie has been in the cadet program since Sept 2013 and has rotated around the state. She's presently working on boats on Assateague Island on the Eastern Shore and loves it. She is constantly receiving compliments and being told that she's a natural leader.

We now know that she'll go into the Academy in May 2015. I'm going to post a picture of her and her boyfriend taken last week. Look for it!
